Just a reminder,
Bonus Bucks Challenge 1 at 7:05 PM EST tonight.
Leg 1 (which is now available for download) at 8:05 PM EST tonight, and will be closed after 25 hours (9:05 PM EST tomorrow night) if teams do not complete it earlier.
If you still have any problems opening the program on a Windows operating system, please try to address these with me as early as possible so that you will be able to start the leg on-time. You can also look in the "Questions" thread for available resources.
Just to give you a brief overview of how the leg will work tonight, for those of you that are still confused.
I will be there to help guide you through, and you will be given instructions at every step. You don't need to memorize this or learn it or anything, it's just here as a reference. And it will be the same for every single leg of the game.
PIT START
1. I will give everyone access to a new category with the forums for Leg 1 at 9:05 PM EST.
2. The Pit Start forum will have your first access code for the first task.
SIDE TRACK
3. Teams interested in pursuing the Side Track must tell me at this point so that they can be given access. Teams cannot request access to the Side Track after completing the first task. After finishing the Side Track, teams who pursue this will be given the password to a Side Track Complete forum, where they can post their validation code to prove they did it, and choose who they want to Speed Bump. If no teams complete this, then all teams will have to complete the Speed Bump.
ROUTE INFO (I)
4. For the first task, all teams will have to screenshot their flight itinerary and send it to tontine.flights@gmail.com, and in a response email, will get your next access code to the next task.
ROUTE INFO (II)
5. All teams will complete another Route Info task, and upon finishing will automatically unlock the Detour.
DETOUR
6. If teams complete the flash game option for the Detour, they will screenshot the game and send it to tontine.flash@gmail.com, and in a response email, they will get your next access code to the next task.
7. If you complete the non-flash game option for the Detour, you will be given a forum password to enter the Detour Complete forum and post your team-specific validation code and get the access code for the next task.
YIELD
9. All teams will complete the Yield, and upon finishing, automatically unlock the next task.
ROADBLOCK / PIT STOP / SPEED BUMP
10. All teams will complete the Roadblock, and upon finishing, be given a forum password to the Pit Stop and post your team-specific validation code. Teams that have been forced to complete the Speed Bump will find out in the Pit Stop, complete it, and post a final team-specific validation code to complete the leg.
Any questions, and I'll be there for the majority of the night to guide you through.

Going into the final stretch of the game, you all have, thus far, played five pure rounds of Tontine. So, for each of the next two legs leading up to the final, I'll reveal a slight tweak to the concept that you'll need to adjust to, in the final sprint towards the finish line.
