For compatibility issues, I will try to work with you on a one-on-one basis if you are having trouble.
Mac users can use the Mono framework to run the programs:
www.mono-project.com/Main_Page
Windows XP users that cannot run the program can try to use the following links:
First, try to follow the instructions here:
www.opssys.com/instantkb/article.aspx?id=10176. If you do not see the Security tab as pictured, try going into Safe Mode.
If that doesn't work, and you are tech savvy, try this: www.tech-pro.net/howto_015.html
If you have an outdated version of Microsoft's .NET, try to download the following: www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992&displaylang=en. However, you might not be able to run this program either until you address one of the last two steps, and, once you do that, you won't need to install a new version of .NET anyways.
