Fast Pass Challenge

Before the game, each team member secretly selects a starting position for their playing piece on the game grid.
The goal of the game is to be the last player standing on the board by removing all of the other teams from the board.
The last player standing on the grid wins the Fast Pass for their team, which when activated, will send the team directly to the Pit Stop, placing immediately behind the next team to arrive—hence, playing the Fast Pass before the leg begins will guarantee the team second place. Although the Fast Pass does not expire, based on its premise, it becomes useless with only four teams left in the race since even the second place team will be nominated that late in the game. Also, if the team holding the Fast Pass is eliminated from Tontine, they can give it to another team still in the race along with all keys in their possession. If no team wins the Fast Pass by the last opportunity that that it can be activated, then the challenge is closed and no team will earn or use the power.
The game will be played out in “rounds.” Each round will begin at a designated time, and will feature one move. Only the first person to post a move at or after that designated time will actually get their move to be played out. Only people with playing pieces still in the game are eligible to post a move.
Depending on the hour of the round, the first player to post will either be able to (1) SHIFT the direction of the wind, and move all active pieces—players and boulders—in that cardinal direction or (2) DROP one of the outermost rows from the game board entirely, causing it to fall off the grid like a rockslide.
• Note that there are walls on the game board, so if a player or boulder is against a wall and is told to move in the direction of the wall, it cannot move past and will stay in the same position for that turn.
• If a playing piece or boulder is on one of the outermost rows when it is dropped from the board, it is removed from the game; for boulders that occupy more than one space, more than half of their occupied spaces must be off the game board for them to fall off.
• Walls only remain intact when both spaces that they are dividing remain on the game board. If one of the spaces that a wall is dividing is dropped from the board, the wall no longer exists.
• If a boulder stays in the same space during a turn and a player piece is instructed to move into it or if a player piece stays in the same space for a turn and a boulder is instructed to move into it, the player piece will be pummeled by the boulder and removed from the game.
• No two player pieces can occupy the same space; if Piece A is supposed to move onto the same space that Piece B has and will continue to occupy, Piece B is treated like a wall and Piece A will not move.
• If a move will eliminate all remaining pieces on the game board: the move is considered void, the round is considered skipped, and the person to attempt the move will have their playing piece removed from the board.
• If a team is eliminated from the game of Tontine, they will also be removed from the board.
Again, the last player standing wins the challenge—and the Fast Pass—for their team. The game is over when only one piece or a single team’s pieces are remaining.
The following are the planned move times for the game, alternating between moving playing pieces and moving fireballs (as marked on the schedule), each move being exactly 13 hours after the previous one. Just as a reminder, 12:59 PM is just after noon and 12:59 AM is just after midnight.
